Later lessons develop stress management, urge management, self-control, structured decision-making, thought replacement, problem solving, rehabilitation and reintegration goals, responsibility, appropriate trust repair and amends, financial literacy, communication, support planning, and relapse-prevention skills. Activities include reflection, scenarios, budgeting, SMART goals, and knowledge checks. The course is educational and is not counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.
Hour versions: We offer 4-, 6-, 8-, 12-, and 16-hour options.
